1. Rough Cleaning (Initial Phase)

This is performed after framing, plumbing, electrical, and initial installation is complete.

Duties include:

  • Removal of large debris, trash, and leftover construction materials

  • Sweeping and vacuuming floors to eliminate dust and construction dirt

  • Dust removal from exposed surfaces, framing, and fixtures

  • Wipe down of baseboards and ledges

  • Cleaning around doors and frames

  • Preparing the space for the next phase of construction

2. Light Cleaning / Detailed Interior Cleaning

This is the most labor-intensive phase and usually occurs after major construction is complete.

Duties include:

  • Cleaning of all windows (interior and exterior), window sills, and frames

  • Dusting and wiping down all surfaces including walls, ceilings, and floors

  • Detailed cleaning of cabinets (inside and out), shelves, and drawers

  • Cleaning and polishing of all glass surfaces (e.g., mirrors, partitions)

  • Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs, and fixtures)

  • Cleaning and shining kitchen surfaces (countertops, sinks, appliances)

  • Vent and duct cleaning (exterior only or as requested)

  • Removing stickers and protective film from windows, appliances, and fixtures
